At the start of 2025, there have been moderate increases in Pending Sales and Closed Sales compared to activity in January 2024. With significantly higher inventory levels, it continues to be a Buyer's market.

 

However, Seller's remain optimistic, which is reflected in the 14% increase in New Listings in the Metro Atlanta area. With more Buyers entering the market in the coming months, Sellers are hoping for lower days on market and offers near list price.
